Always confirm requirements with the applicable election authority and consult qualified professionals for advice.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the campaign information you enter and for complying with all applicable election, campaign finance, and ethics laws.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to mislead voters, violate election law, harass others, or submit unlawful content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campaign Toolkit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Nonpartisan Pledge

Campaign Toolkit does not favor, endorse, rank, or recommend candidates based on political party, ideology, or political positions.

Not Legal Advice

This platform is not a government agency, election authority, or law firm. Independently confirm all deadlines, eligibility, petition, and finance requirements with the applicable election authority.
